Description
Authentic Cretan barley rusks made with wheat flour, high in vegetable fiber, low in fat, with no cholesterol and without preservatives. These healthy rusks are baked in a wood oven, which gives them the unique flavor that is an ideal accompaniment to every Greek dish. Registered PGI (Protected Georgraphical Indication).
Wet these rusks with a little water and enjoy instead of bread.
